In 2019, I started working remotely as a freelance Amazon Product Researcher and Sourcing Manager for the USA market. I worked day and night with full dedication, and while the output was good, I realized something was missing — I was not growing as an individual nor building myself as a leader of a team.
In mid-2022, things took a difficult turn. Amazon sales suddenly dropped, and accounts that were generating $50k–60k per month in sales fell to barely $10k. Despite my countless efforts and sleepless nights, no strategy was working. That moment became my awakening. I knew I had to learn a new skill if I wanted to survive and grow.
During my search, I came across SEO, which I learned was the backbone of digital marketing. I watched almost 20 hours of courses online, but then came the true turning point of my life: Sir Hisham Sarwer announced the LCT training.
From the very first class, I promised myself not to miss even a single session — and Alhamdulillah, despite my youngest son being only 2.5 years old at that time, I never missed a class and always sat in the front row.
A New Chapter of Growth
After completing the course, I realized that learning never stops. I dove deeper into:
-
Digital Marketing & SEO
-
Social Media Management (YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok)
-
Shopify & E-commerce
-
UI/UX and Business-Specific Platforms
But the most powerful lessons I gained from LCT were:
-
Team building
-
Scaling
-
The art of selling
Sir Hisham also helped me identify my core skills, my strengths, and how I could leverage them.
Then came another blessing — he connected me with Mr. Muhammad Yousaf Saeed, the author of the Book “The Road Maper”. He taught me the importance of a strong “WHY.” The stronger your “why,” the more passion, dedication, and resilience you bring into your work. I also learned that no business truly starts for free — it demands commitment, resources, and consistency.
From Remote Work to Dubai
As my skills improved, so did my conversations and the results I achieved with clients. One of my clients noticed my dedication and offered me the opportunity to move to Dubai.
This was not easy — visas for Pakistani nationals were extremely difficult at that time. But Alhamdulillah, with the grace of Allah Almighty and the support of my professional degree, I secured a good visa category. This experience taught me a priceless lesson:
🎓 Never stop your studies — always complete your professional degree. It will give you an edge in life. Believe it.
After one year, the same client rewarded my efforts in a way I could never have imagined. Together, we registered an IT services company in Dubai — “Gate House Technologies LLC.” The most amazing part? I did not pay a single penny. My client told me:
“The effort you put into my business is priceless — this company is my gift to you.”
💡 My Biggest Lesson
People often say such clients only exist for women, but that is a myth. Skills can always be replaced; there are thousands more skilled than I am. But what nobody can copy is:
-
Your passion for work
-
Your honesty with clients
-
Your focus on adding value before asking for payment
I can compromise on payment, but I never compromise on quality. I never send invoices until I am personally satisfied that I have added real value and become a source of revenue for my client.
Remember: every businessman is smart. They may pay you from their pocket for 2–3 months, but after that, they will evaluate your real impact. Always focus on results, not just efforts.
Today, I stand proudly as the Co-Founder of Gate House Technologies LLC in Dubai. But the seed of this transformation was planted in the LCT training by Sir Hisham Sarwar.
For me, LCT was not just a course. It was the beginning of a new life, a new mindset, and a journey of growth that continues every single day.
